Registration

You can register online by visiting the Registration page and filling in the registration form. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours along with your digital delegate pass.
No, registration for FKCCI IILS 2026 is completely complimentary for eligible delegates. Registration is limited to the first 300 delegates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration closes on 8 August 2026. We strongly recommend registering early as seats are limited to 300 delegates.

Eligibility

The event is open to industry leaders, HR heads, corporate representatives, principals, directors, deans, placement officers, policymakers, consulates, global chambers of commerce, and sector skill councils.
IILS 2026 is designed for professionals, decision-makers and institutional leaders. Students and freshers are not part of the delegate category for this event.

The event is held at the Sir M V Auditorium, FKCCI, K.G. Road, Bengaluru – 560009, Karnataka, India.
The event runs from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday, 25 August 2026. It includes Registration, Inaugural Session, Panel Discussions, Networking Lunch, Industry–Institution Connect, and the Awards Ceremony. View the full schedule here.
Yes, a hosted lunch and evening tea are included as part of the delegate experience. This is also a key networking opportunity.

Sponsorship

We offer four sponsorship tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each tier comes with different benefits including logo placement, speaking opportunities, complimentary passes, and exhibition stalls. See the Sponsorship page for details.

Awards

You can apply for awards by visiting the Awards page and clicking "Apply for Awards". Applications close on 8 August 2026.
Awards are open to two categories: Corporate Organisations (companies investing in skill development, apprenticeships, placements, etc.) and Higher Education Institutions (colleges and universities with strong industry collaboration and placement records).

Yes! The Industry–Institution Connect session from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM is a dedicated structured matchmaking session enabling direct collaborations between industry leaders and educational institutions for internships, placements, faculty immersion, and more.
